Reportin' from judo camp with dept headboy's computer. Excused cause of my broken sprained or whatever neck. ^_^? No

If you're bored enough try this PT:
- Low fast skip on the rope for 4 minutes
- 20 sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 v-ups, 20 leg raise
- Crossover per 10 skips on the rope. For every 10 increase 1 crossover. So by the 7th set you'll be doing 7 consecutive crossovers. For 4 minutes.
- Leg exercises by the stairs/step up bench. 50 step ups, 50 squats, 50 crossovers
- Skipping again, in sets of 10 preferably. Change styles for every set.
- 25x3 sets dips on the bench, add some pushups or chinups if you care/can.
- 3 minutes skipping for cool down.
